In these Terms, the following capitalised terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account and use the Platform — or such higher minimum age as is required by the license jurisdiction under which ECC777 operates. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to be registered by or used by a minor will be closed immediately, all Bonus Funds forfeited and any winnings derived from such an Account may be voided.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an Account or placing a wager. ECC777 does not provide legal advice. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law access the Platform entirely at their own risk and bear sole responsibility for any consequences.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, devices or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds, and potential recovery of any withdrawals processed in connection with duplicate Accounts.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. ECC777 reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading or incomplete.
To register an Account, you must complete the registration form provided on the Platform, supplying at minimum your name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a chosen password. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
ECC777 applies KYC procedures in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are authorised or at any other time deemed necessary by ECC777:
ECC777 will not be liable for any delay in processing a withdrawal that results from a User's failure to provide complete and satisfactory KYC documentation in a timely manner. It is in your interest to complete KYC early to avoid delays at the point of withdrawal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any one-time passcode with any third party. You must notify ECC777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. ECC777 will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
ECC777 supports various payment methods as displayed in the cashier from time to time. For Pakistani players, this may include familiar payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) and, where applicable, cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without prior notice and is governed by the respective payment provider's own terms.

ECC777 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation. Any funds subject to such action may be withheld pending investigation.
ECC777 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback incentives, reload promotions and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bonus amounts, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a wagering requirement multiplier applies to any bonus credited to your Account. The wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before any winnings attributable to bonus play become eligible for withdrawal. Game contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type and are set out in the promotion terms.
ECC777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting promotion terms in a manner inconsistent with good faith gameplay; systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds to real money; and any other conduct ECC777 reasonably considers abusive of promotional terms.
Nothing in these Terms obliges ECC777 to continue offering any particular promotion. Promotions may be withdrawn, amended or suspended at any time. Winnings are never guaranteed regardless of promotional activity.
ECC777 offers casino games and live dealer tables sourced from third-party providers whose random number generators are independently verified. Advertised RTP figures represent theoretical long-run return rates and do not predict outcomes in any individual session.
ECC777 provides sports betting markets covering, among other sports, Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 leagues, football, UFC and other live sports. All bets are governed by the specific sporting event rules published alongside each market. ECC777 reserves the right to void, suspend or settle bets differently in the event of a result dispute, data error, event cancellation or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or system error that affects a game round or bet, ECC777 will investigate and apply a resolution consistent with its technical incident policy. ECC777 shall not be liable for losses attributable to technical faults outside its reasonable control, nor shall winnings generated as a direct consequence of a clear technical error be considered valid.
Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is supported as a display or transaction currency in the cashier, all amounts shown are in PKR unless otherwise specified. Where currency conversion applies, the applicable rate will be displayed before transaction confirmation.

ECC777 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balances and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
All content published on the ECC777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, software and the ECC777 brand identity — is the intellectual property of ECC777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform content without ECC777's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ECC777 and its officers, directors, employees, partners and licensors shall not be liable for:

Where a material change is made, ECC777 will endeavour to notify registered Users by posting a notice on the Platform or by email (where an email address is held on Account). The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ECC777 holds its operating license. ECC777 does not operate under a Pakistani gaming license and does not represent that Pakistani law governs these Terms.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to ECC777's internal complaints procedure. Users should submit complaints in writing via the support contact set out in Section 14. ECC777 will acknowledge complaints within a reasonable period and aim to resolve them within 28 days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through ECC777's internal procedure, users may have recourse to any external dispute resolution mechanism available under the applicable license jurisdiction's regulatory framework. ECC777 will provide relevant details upon request.
